Notice of collectionThis form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, session preferences and whatever you choose to write in your message. It is used only to reply to you, arrange your session and prepare safely for your visit. Please don't include anything you wouldn't want written down — there's time to talk in person. Information is held by Shannon Scott at 283 Bay Street, Thunder Bay, ON P7B 1R7 and is never sold or shared for marketing. Read the privacy policy.

This is a request, not a confirmed booking — nothing is charged and your time is only held once we've written back.

What happens next

From your note to the mat

  1. 01

    You send a note

As much or as little detail as you like. Nothing is charged and no time is held yet.

  2. 02

    We reply within two days

A short, human email with a few times that fit your days, and a suggestion if you weren't sure which session to choose.

  3. 03

    Your time is confirmed

Once you pick a time we send the arrival details for the back-lane door and your reserved parking spot.

  4. 04

    You arrive and exhale

The door unlocks five minutes early. We talk first, then work at the pace your body agrees to.

Before you come

Gentle things worth knowing

We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations — it lets us respect everyone's time. Please wear comfortable clothing for Thai yoga massage, and come freshly showered for oil massage sessions.

Please cancel classes at least 48 hours in advance so someone on the waitlist can take the space. Cancellations inside that window can't be refunded or rescheduled — but if an emergency comes up, reach out directly and we'll find a way through it together.

  • Free parking, one reserved spot
  • LGBTQIA friendly
  • Adults only — no kids
  • Spoken language: English
How do I get in — I can't see a door on Bay Street?

Enter from the back lane off Machar Ave or Algoma Street. Your parking spot is right at the door, and the door unlocks five minutes before your session. There's no on-street parking or direct Bay Street entrance, so please plan for the alley behind the building.

What happens in a first session?

We talk before anything else — an unhurried check-in about where you are, what hurts and what feels heavy. Whatever follows is shaped around that conversation, never a template.

What should I wear?

Comfortable, loose clothing you can stretch in for Thai yoga massage — it's done fully clothed on a mat. For oil massage, please come freshly showered; you'll be draped throughout.

What if I need to cancel?

We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations — it lets us respect everyone's time. Please wear comfortable clothing for Thai yoga massage, and come freshly showered for oil massage sessions.

And classes?

Please cancel classes at least 48 hours in advance so someone on the waitlist can take the space. Cancellations inside that window can't be refunded or rescheduled — but if an emergency comes up, reach out directly and we'll find a way through it together.

How do I pay?

Payment is taken at the studio after your session — visa & mastercard, discover, cash. Gift cards can be put toward any session.

Is this a replacement for medical or mental health care?

No. This work sits alongside medical and therapeutic care rather than in place of it, and we'll happily work in step with practitioners you already trust.
