When you choose a time on the booking page and confirm it, your session is booked and a confirmation email follows. A request sent through the older request form is an enquiry, and your time is held only once it has been confirmed in writing.

Cancelling, rescheduling, late cancellations and no-shows are explained in the cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

Please wear comfortable clothing for Thai Yoga Massage, and come freshly showered for Thai Oil Massage.

Payment is due at the end of the session. Accepted methods: Visa & MasterCard, Discover, Cash.

Prices shown on this site are in Canadian dollars, include everything, and may change. The price shown when your session is booked is the price you pay.

A gift card request sent through this site is a request, not a purchase. We reply with how to pay and how the card will reach you, and the card is issued once payment is received.

Gift cards can be put toward any session. They do not expire, and no fees are taken from the balance over time. They cannot be exchanged for cash except where the law requires it.

Please treat a gift card like cash. Tell us if one is lost and we will do what we can with the record we hold.

Sessions are for adults. Please tell us before your first visit if there is anything we should know so the space works for you.

Traditional Thai massage and the related bodywork offered here support relaxation, mobility and general wellbeing. They are not medical treatment, diagnosis or physiotherapy, and they do not replace advice from a qualified health professional.

Please tell Shannon about injuries, pregnancy, recent surgery, or any medical condition before the session begins so the work can be adapted or, where appropriate, declined.

You may pause, adjust or end a session at any time, for any reason, without explanation. Consent is checked throughout.

This is a professional practice. Any request for services of a sexual nature ends the session immediately, with the full fee payable, and no further appointments will be offered.

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time so the next person is not kept waiting. If you arrive late, the remaining time is yours at the full fee.

Repeated missed appointments without notice may mean prepayment is asked for in future.

The site is offered as it is. It is looked after with care, but it may sometimes be unavailable or contain a mistake. If you spot one, an email is always welcome.

Personal information you send through the site is handled as the privacy policy describes, and what the site keeps in your browser is listed in the cookie policy. Both form part of these terms.

If you open a client account, you sign in with a link sent to your email. Your account shows only your own bookings, credits and gift cards. Please keep access to your email private, and sign out on shared devices.

One part of this site is a private, password protected room used by Shannon Scott to read the enquiries people send and to keep her appointment book, client cards and payment records. It is not open to the public. Trying to sign in to it, guess a password, or reach the records behind it without her personal permission is not allowed, and sign in attempts are recorded.

Anyone she does give access to agrees to keep what they see confidential, to use it only for Meraki's own work, to sign out when finished, and never to share their password.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you live in another country, nothing here takes away protections that your own law gives you and that cannot be waived.
