Appointment cancellations
We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations — it lets us respect everyone's time. Please wear comfortable clothing for Thai yoga massage, and come freshly showered for oil massage sessions.
Class cancellations
Please cancel classes at least 48 hours in advance so someone on the waitlist can take the space. Cancellations inside that window can't be refunded or rescheduled — but if an emergency comes up, reach out directly and we'll find a way through it together.
Your first visit
How to arrive, and how to leave
A little preparation and a little aftercare go a long way. Here's how to get the most from your time on the mat.
Before you arrive
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing you can stretch in — Thai yoga massage is done fully clothed on a mat.
- Come freshly showered for an oil massage; you'll be draped throughout.
- Eat lightly beforehand — a heavy meal makes lying and stretching less comfortable.
- Arrive hydrated, and bring a little water for afterwards.
- Give yourself ten unhurried minutes to find the back-lane door the first time.
After your session
- Drink plenty of water — bodywork releases more than tension, and hydration helps it move through.
- Keep the rest of the day gentle if you can; a walk or a quiet evening beats a workout.
- Expect to feel loose, warm, maybe a little tender tomorrow — like a good stretch.
- Notice your sleep and mood over the next few days; that's often where the work shows up.
- Share anything that came up when you return — it shapes what we do next time.
Breathe easy, take your time getting here — we're holding you in our hearts already.
