Slow movement asks more of the body, not less. Without momentum to borrow from, every inch has to be met with attention.

Try one familiar shape at half speed. The places that rush are usually the places that are guarding something.

Strength built this way is quiet and durable. It carries into how you stand, breathe and hold a difficult conversation.
