Thai Yoga Massage in Thunder Bay

Three Thai herbal compress pouches on cream linen with lemongrass and a fern leaflet, steam rising in morning window light.

Traditional assisted stretching, compression and rhythmic rocking — done fully clothed on a mat, at the pace your body agrees to.

Thai yoga massage is sometimes called lazy yoga: you rest, and your body is gently moved, stretched and compressed along its energy lines. Held here by a Level 2 Certified Traditional Thai Yoga Practitioner, with care, intuition and an open heart.

Who this is for

  • Bodies that feel tight, guarded or stuck — hips, back, shoulders, neck
  • Anyone wanting relief and mobility without deep, painful pressure
  • People who'd rather stay clothed and be met without judgment

Your first session

  1. We talk first about what hurts, what's heavy, and what you'd rather we leave alone.
  2. You rest fully clothed on a comfortable floor mat while we move slowly through stretches, compressions and rocking.
  3. Time at the end to sit, drink water and come back gently — nothing is rushed.
